The challenge before us was to accept the responsibility and to guarantee the preservation of the functional suitability of all elements of the hydraulic system.

A key point in the project was to provide the necessary protection during the blasting, except when applying anti-corrosion protection with two coats of primer and two coats of finish.

The materials used for anti-corrosion protection were two-component on epoxy basis, agreed with the customer, in accordance with the external conditions and the environment in which the concrete pump will be operated.

The work was performed within the agreed period of 10 working days at our base in Benkovski, Sofia. Our customers from Euromarket did not have additional commitments during the work period, and we provided an operator. One of his activities was to stretch and retract the boom during the various stages of work.
